We take great pride in the quality of our floral arrangements and products, and we strive to provide exceptional customer service. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  1. Fresh Flower Arrangements: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns on flower arrangements. However, if you are dissatisfied with the freshness or quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund.
  2. Non-Perishable Products: For non-perishable items such as vases, pots, and decorative accessories, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  3. Custom Orders: Custom floral arrangements and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a custom order that is damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for eligible returns in accordance with our returns policy. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.
  2. Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
