Local Delivery: We offer local delivery within the areas specified below this paragraph. Delivery fees may vary depending on the distance from our shop and the delivery address which are listed below. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed over the phone or in-store subject to availability.

Delivery Times
Local Delivery: Our standard delivery times for local orders are 9am – 4 pm which can be selected in 2 timeslots available of 9am – 12pm & 12pm – 4pm. Please select the timeslot you prefer on our website or instore when ordering. If you require a specific delivery time or rush delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Fees
Local Delivery: Delivery fees for local orders will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and distance from our shop which are also listed above. Additional fees may apply for rush or specific time deliveries.
Delivery Tracking
Local Delivery: Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with delivery confirmation if your order is a web order.
Recipient Availability
Please ensure that someone will be available to receive the delivery at the specified address during the scheduled delivery time. If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to leave the delivery in a safe space or with a neighbour until they arrive at the address. However, additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.
